Breakfast:
Half a cucumber, sliced
1 half a full chicken breast that had been seasoned w/ taco seasoning and melted cheese (approx. 2oz)
Egg Mc"no"muffin (from McDonald's, just the egg and the ham and the bit of cheese that didn't stick to the bread when I threw it away)
Iced Tea

Lunch:
Salad (1 cup lettuce, 5 cherry tomatos, 6 cucumber slices, salt and pepper)
One chicken breast that had been seasoned w/ taco seasoning and melted cheese (approx. 2oz)
Iced Tea

Dinner:
Salad (lettuce, cucumber (4 slices) 4 cherry tomatos, 2 red onion slices, 2 tbls ranch)
1 grilled fajita style chicken breasts
1/2 cup grilled fajita style veggies (red and green peppers, onions)
Iced Tea

Snack:
Sugar free dark chocolate pudding
