Reply to Food Journal Day 35 Thurs Feb 5thI would like to suggest that you get your 2 cups of salad veggies in each day as per the plan and be careful with hotdogs and packaged meats they can contain sugars and hidden carbs. Keep up the good work!!February 6, 2009, 07:26 AM
