    Dom's cheesecake pudding

I hope it's ok with Dom that I am posting this over here! I absolutely LOVE this stuff!

    8 oz heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese - softened
    8 oz sour cream
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 tsp vanilla

Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set asside
Mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.

This makes 12 servings (divide equally between 12 foil muffin cups or 12 fluted glasses) @ >3 g. carbs per serving.

Good right out of the bowl, very good chilled, and I'm testing freezing it right now...

You can add a few sliced strawberries or some blackberries or blueberries on top (add the carbs).

    Enjoy!

This is the best cheesecake recipe I've tried I have been making copies of your recipe for my co-workers who are also on low-carbs diet. Hopefully, they will enjoy it as much as I have :P :P

                  good

I made this recipe last night because I have a thing for cheesecake and wanted to try something a little different. This was good and I recommend everyone that like cheesecake tries it.

                  Thanks

My sister and I made these the other night and we loved them. My sister has done so well on the Atkins way of eating that she has encourged me and my husband to do this as well. This is a great recipe for those who love cheesecake like me. :P

Now, if you lick it off the spatula, the carbs don't count RIGHT???

That stuff is awesome!! I was feeling all sorry for myself today because my family is going to be eating watermelon and it is one of my favorites so I made this for me.

                          I sure hope so.

I just whipped up a batch of this and put it into 12 muffin cups and threw it in my freezer. Now it's there if I ever feel like I'm going to fall off the wagon, or if company comes over and I need to have a special treat.

The spatula tasted delicious and I did count a carb for it.

                              Fancier cheesecake

I tried this recipe too, and it is delicious! Next time, I plan to try to load the mixture into a Spritz cookie gun, and then swirl it into the muffin liners to give it an even prettier touch. And, I froze mine as well, and I actually like it better frozen! (Plus, it takes longer to eat that way, thereby making it last longer!)

                              Thanks for sharing this recipe!
