Does anyone have the calorie count on this one? Also for you that have made it, could you use a crust with this and put it in a pan instead of individual dishes?
      Thank you,

I tried this recipe, and it is EXCELLENT! I also put some in little plastic cups and froze them, and they make great creamy frozen desserts!

I plan on trying it with some SF Jell-o powder next time, or maybe with some berries or chopped nuts on top.

                  Re: Dom's cheesecake pudding

I just wanted to thank you for posting this recipe. When I am having a hard time or craving something I have turned to this. It always helps take my cravings away and it tastes so incredibly good!! One of my favorite things is to dip strawberries in it also.

Well, I tried this and won't be making it again. It's too good! My family loved it...but portion control for me was an issue.

Very tasty..I have some in the freezer too.

                          Re: Dom's cheesecake pudding

This is the best stuff. I love it straight from the freezer becuase it takes longer to eat it frozen which means I get to savor it longer!! Thanks so much for posting it.
                          Thanks for all your support!!

                            Re: Dom's cheesecake pudding

I'll have to try this. Just pulled out the ingredients and figured the calorie count on each serving (1/12th). It only comes to 160 calories (now I know we don't count calories in Atkins BUT calories still do count in your weight loss and that's why some things stop us cold on our way down.) I think if one serving is enough to make you feel good and move on then the lack of carbs and the number of calories makes this a good desert for now and then.
