  • Ginger Cheesecake dessert

Made this today, and it's both induction friendly and ridiculously easy to make.

    ingredients:

fresh ginger (finely chopped) or ginger powder/paste 2 tsp
    ricotta cheese 250g
    splenda 1tsp
    cinnamon 1 tsp

Mix the ginger, splenda and ricotta well, spread in a shallow bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and leave in the fridge for a goof few hours.

It's so nice.....you feel bad eating it, but it's legal

This is not induction friendly as it is made with ricotta cheese. That has to wait for the dairy rung of Owl. You could make it for induction with cream cheese. I think I may have to try it.
