1/2 cup butter, at room temperature/ 2 ounces cream cheese/ 1/2 cup splenda/ 2 tbls. stevia/ FOS blend/ 1 egg/ 1 tsp. vanilla extract / 1-1/2 cups sifted soy powder/ 1/4 tsp. salt/ 1-1/2 tsp baking powder/ 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate/ 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2.) With an electric mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese until soft and well combined. Add the Splenda and stevia/FOS blend, and cream until well combined. Add the egg and the vanilla, and beat until well combined. 3.) Sift the soy powder, then resift with the salt and baking powder. Add the powders to the butter mixture. ( It's easier to beat it in if you add it one-half at a time) 4.) Melt the chocolate and beat that in, then add the nuts and beat them in well. 5.) Butter or spray cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield; About 40 cookies, each with 2 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 1 gram of usable carbs and 1 gram of protein.

Re: ~~Chocolate Walnut Balls~~
Hi there angeleize! Yes, it's soy flour and use splenda granules. I havn't tried it with the liquid splenda. You may want to experiment with it though. Let me know how it works out if you do.Originally posted by angeleiezeCouple questions...
