Hello all,
It's been awhile. Yep, Im still on atkins. 4 years and counting....
So ive come across the PERFECT treat- tastes like NOTHING youve ever had, low Carb. My step daughter (who hates sugar substitutes couldn't tell the diff). Okay- how many of you LOVE the hard chocolate on ice cream- you know the kind you can buy in the store or from DQ. Well, I have perfected a recipe for it sugarfree that HARDENS just like the stuff. Here it goes
2 teaspoons coconut oil (found in ANY grocery store in the with the oils)
1 teaspoon cocoa
2 packets splenda-
mix ingredients above and put in microwave for about 10-20 seconds to make it really runny.
Put on your favorite low carb icecream-
If you want a reeses peanut butter cup taste just add 1/2 a teaspoon peanut butter (that's what I do). You'll never believe it.
If you don't want icecream. Mix all the above together. Follow all instructions, but set in freezer for a couple of minutes. It will be hard like a chocolate bar.
SOOOOOO GOOOD!
