Wow nursey...did searches on this and at one point I saw something about Yak to Yeti...how low carb is Yeti anyway? lol. I doubt this is something you'd find in a regular grocery store, it's from Pakistan! I finally went to Knorr foods and here's their contact info... http://www.us.knorr.com/contactus.asp
My little locally owned grocery store that I shop at has lots of stuff you wouldn't expect to find there so I'll take a look around when I go today.

Hopefully Jen has more luck than I did. Got some recipe ideas for tomorrow nights dinner though, lol. The Fred Meyer here has a lot of diversity, I'll take a look next time I'm there.

            Nursey the Curry Lady...

Are you trying to make pulao with these cubes? Did you see the MSG and hydrogenated veg fat on the label? :yikes

If you're making the chicken pulao dish, why not make your own from scratch?

I do make it from scratch Tickle!!!! I know the cubes are NOT healthy per se but they are really good and considering I use no other hydroginated fat in my diet I am ok with these ....MSG is not a problem for me at all!....
I use these cubes in a lot of things! they are wonderful!!!!...the curry cubes are awesome!!!

Thanks for the effort Bug and Sadie if you find any I will send you the money honey!!!!..thank you!!!....I looked in VanCouver at the Pakastani markets and no luck...

in LA I had to ask for them they were in a tiny market behind the counter!...

Nursey - try looking for them on Amazon.com I just found out they have a huge gourmet food section and they had EVERYTHING I was looking for --even black mustard seeds. Once you get to that section, there's a search tool that you can type into. I noticed they had a lot of Knorr products.

Also, I'm going to post this in that thread I had started about on-line spice stores. Woo Hoo!!!!
