I'm having a tossed green salad (romaine, sliced radishes), with avocado and tuna and a couple of whole wheat crackers on the side.

Yeah left overs make great lunches don't they? A lot of times I try to make enough at dinner to have leftovers for lunch another day. I can't do that with every meal, it would be too expensive, but it is so much easier to just take leftovers than have to make dinner and lunch for the next day every night!!!! And with left overs you eat like a king for lunch. I always see my co-workers eyeing my plate!!! LOL!!!!

I do it almost every nite, it is a little more expensive when you're fixing dinner, but its still a heck of alot cheaper than eating lunch out!

I know my co-workers make me nuts hanging over my shoulder with the "whatcha got today??? maaaaaan, you're lunches are always so yummy looking" comments! But then again, I don't think that a single female in the office knows how to cook other than me. I don't know how they found husbands :no

Well we do eat like kings on this diet!!! I don't think I could ever give up eating this way (though I would just LOVE some grilled brushetta bread. I miss that. Used to make it on my BBQ grill, brushed with olive oil and fresh garlic rubbed in, then add the topping. The low carb breads and flax bread don't measure up. :sadblinky
