the feeling is mutual baby girl!!!!.....
hey it is the simple things...good food and friends what could be better....ok sex can be better but this is a food thread!!!....I think the point here is that good food is with in our reach and this diet or whatever you want to call is only as good as you make it ..if you make great food it is a literally a piece of cake (or flax bun?) to do it!!!!.....if I was limited to what was pre made or available at fast food joints I would die.....but as long as I can be creative and enjoy fresh seasonal foods this is not at all painful...

so true so true!!! do you know how easy it's been to have cut out potatoes and pasta? It was never my staple. but rice has been a bit of a problem - can't get by most asian restaurants without eating rice, so I've just avoided it altogether.
But eat at home... you really need to be able to cook, be creative on Atkins I think!

:no I didn't Nursey!!!
BUT one of my "trying-to-do-Atkins" colleagues at work will check out stores in Cabramatta in western Sydney (tons of Asians live there) and see if she can find something similar. Hopefully I will - it would be great if I can eat noodles again!30yo F 5'5 (166cm)

Hi Divaindubai,
I'm not sure if you are looking for lamb recipes as such, but I posted a nice Lamb/Muttom Tomato curry a few weeks ago - the first is a modified carb version, the latter is the original curry. Hope you like it.

yeah Tickles recipe!!! or you could make the persian lamb with rhubarb above!..or just make kabobs if the weather is nice ..marinate in 1 part good olive oil, 1/2 part lemon juice, kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper...lots of crushed fresh garlic, chopped rosemary chopped parsley and oregano ...and put all in a ziploc bag for a few hours put on skewers (I have a huge rosemary bush so I use the stems for skewers!) and grill to med rare (or however you like it)!!!!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
