OMG WHERE IS PAU???? here is the most yumm marinade I have come up with this month!...

      1 part olive oil
      1 part white wine
1/2 part sour orange juics (if you can not find it use half lemon half lime)
in a mortar and pestal coarsely pound a few branches of lavender with flowers with a few branches of rosemary ..several cloves of garlic, 1 good dash of kosher salt and a small handfull of peppercorns...again coarse pound into a weedy paste then mix with the olive oil white wine and sour orange juice (same carb count as lemon juice)....

take any type of cut up chicken (if it is a whole chicken cut up marinate overnight if boneless skinless breasts an hour is fine) and toss in the marinade with veggies of choice ..I used red peppers and onions last night...

grill on the bbq to perfection and serve I love my veggies a bit charred on the edges!!!

from my heart to your tummy enjoy this healthy meal!!!
      Love Nursey!

I'll have to check with the gourmet market for the sour orange juice. Your marinade sounds awsome. I wish we had a grill :sadblinky but we can always go to the park and grill this stuff.

I'd like to get a habachi, because my broiler sucks. In michigan I grilled a few times a week, even in the winter. In our apartment, we aren't allowed to have a grill :no

Where can I get a habachi?

Actually, I'd love an indoor/electric hibachi. Do you know where I should look?

It's just that our apartment is very small, and I really don't want to set off the fire alarms, and get thrown out for having an open fire inside! And since it's getting so hot, cooking outside doesn't seem too appealing. Maybe I'll just stick with my cast iron grill skillet.
