  • Oh Nursey!...Here's A Picture Gallery of my Garden

Got these pictures on Sunday. Its early in the season and I'm already starting to wonder how I'm going to handle all the squash and tomatoes.

    I'm not nursey but...

I'm jealous! You have a big space compared to mine! :sadblinky But I'm already giving away zuchinni because its coming on quicker than I can eat it! I have to take some pictures too. Something sat on my yellow squash plant--looks like a big animal like a dog maybe :sadblinky don't know if its going to survive or not, but I have plenty of zuchinni and the cucumbers are just getting going good too.

I can forsee the zukes a-coming, but I have lots of plans.

      Hey try this one.

Get an alumimum square pan...a big one and cut up

      zucchini
      yellow squash
      mushrooms
      green/yellow or red pepper
      onion

Spinkle with good olive oil, kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste
Fresh basil to taste(and this is what makes the dish)

Toss all ingredients and cover loosely with foil. Put on grill and cook, stirring regularly until desired doneness.

This is a hit at my house. Made a son's friend say...I thought I didn't like zuchini, but this is good.
