    Freezing veggies

    Does anyone who has a garden freeze their veggies for later? I want to be able to enjoy some of this zuchinni this winter, is it ok to freeze?

        I dont have a garden but when there is a sale I stock up and blanch and freeze for later. it works out great so much better than the stuff you can buy.
