    One more egg question.....pwease!

    I know, I know I am probably asking something that has been asked 2 billion times, but does anyone know the true count of one side of McDonald's eggs?

    I found something telling me approx 1 carb per serving, then I found something that said 5 carbs per serving!

    Today is my first day of journaling everything I am eating, so it's important for me to track it.
    5'9'' - 34 yrs old -276/217/180 - Started 8-22-04

    Pants: 24 beginning/ 18 now /dream size 8

    At the moment I can't recall but I've heard a couple of things on this. I've heard they're 100% eggs to they come from a mix. I'm not sure and I can't remember. I'll try to go dig something up on this...if anyone comes along who knows feel free to post...

      Here's their nutrition list...they don't make it exactly easy to read though. It said 0 on the sugar so no worries there...anyone else have any info?

        so according to their chart two of their eggs has 8grams of carbs.4 per egg.that's a terrible lot for one measly little egg.That means it's definitely not 100% eggs!!!
