I saw a post somewhere that said if you use Thicken/Thin not starch in cauliflower it gives it the starch feel of real potatoes. I wonder if you could use carbquick or carbalsoe like this as well?

No i wouldn't think so, i don't know what thicken/thin is made from?, but i do know that the carbquick has baking powder and egg in it. I would think that it would just clump into a dough and go lumpy.
Maybe someone else would know the thicken thin ingredients and know if there's something similar?Jen, 39, F
