  • Leftover Salmon

What do I do with it? I bought a 4 pound salmon filet and grilled it with dill, salt, pepper and olive oil. We ate about 1/4 of it. What should I do with the rest? Do you have any leftover salmon recipe ideas?

Salmon salad? Flake it and mix with mayonnaise, more dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice or white wine vinegar to taste. Sliced scallions or a little onion if you like that.

Try this, leave out the carrots and use real italian dressing instead of fat free

I made a salmon salad recipe that was on the back of one of those pouches of salmon, I don't have the exact recipe but it had mayo, crumbled bacon, chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper and chopped tomato, I think that was all, it was delicious!

You could add egg to it, seasonings, and form patties. You could fry them in butter. You can even add shredded veggies to it like you could with meatlof to get in some of the veggies if you have a hard time getting them in.
