    Hi everyone
Im getting really tired of eggs for breakfast. Im on my 2nd week of induction though. Can anyone give me some ideas for something other then eggs?I've been looking at recipes but most of them I dont think will go for my induction weeks. The last few days I've been choking the eggs down just so I have something in my stomach to start the day.PLEASE help!

I eat meat and salad for breakfast, but if you prefer something more traditional, you can make low carb pancakes or bread or muffins. Does low carb "carrot" cake (actually made with shredded zucchini) sound good?

Teri, if you want something traditionally breakfasty, we often have sausage without the eggs, usually with some sauteed mushrooms so that we get some carbs in. I buy Jones sausage, which has no fillers or sugar, just pork, spices, and salt (and is not overly salty, which I find most commercial sausages are). I actually get what they call dinner sausages, which are identical to normal breakfast links but about an inch in diameter, which means they stay juicier when you cook them. Because they're bigger, one may be enough for you; two is a feast.

Psyllium and flax meal pancakes are Induction-OK. Look in Low Carb Cooking Lessons for the recipe.

I made the crustless quiche recipe last nite. mmmmm sooo good. you may want to try that. I myself was getting sick of eating eggs and bacon. With the quiche it does have eggs of course but does not taste eggy! I made two...one with broccoli and ham and the other with bacon and onion. Very good. you can find the recipe in the recipe section or www.lowcarbrecipes.com
