    HELP! Deviled Eggs

HELP! I'm in the middle of making some deviled eggs. My sister makes them for the holidays and they are SUPER nummy but she's in class right now so I can't get a hold of her and I can't remember what you put in them besides the egg yolk, mayo, and paprika (or that's what she puts in hers that I remember). My dad and I both agreed that something was missing.

    Any ideas?

you can put anything in deviled eggs: finely chopped celery, green onion, regular onion, dill relish, canned shrimp, crab meat, pepperoni, hot sauce, garlic powder, etc. just use whatever you have!

        Cayenne pepper!
I actually use Berberi which is a hard-to-find Ethiopian spice... but it's got the best flavor and spiciness ever!

I add vinegar. The vinegar is what truly makes them delicious in my opinion! Just dont do too much, or it comes out watery. I also add mustard, dry preferrably since the vinegar and mayo already adds moisture.
Admitting...on April 2010 I have been eating low carb for almost 7 years and the lowest I got to was 145. These last couple of years though I got lazy, and over the course of time, gained back up to almost 170. I am back on induction, a week into it now on 4/22/10, doing excellent and seeing results. Once again, my weight goal is 140.

I just don't have the heart to change the stats below, except I am NOW 46yrs.
