I just eat until I feel satisfied. I do find that sometimes, I will get hungry within a couple of hours of eating....not always. I just recently signed up with fitday.com. You can enter all the foods you eat each day and activities and it will help you to keep track of your calories and other things. I heard about it from another ADBB member in one of the posts. It helps me. You should check it out...it's pretty cool and it doesnt cost anything.

Thanks for the info about the banana nut muffins.

Yeah, every once-in-a-while I can't seem to get full. I just drink TONS of water & have legal food NOT going over my carb limit.

CTC, you can get the Banan Nut Muffin mix at almost any grocery store like Canadian superstore, Safeway. Or you can find them at your local eco - healthstore.
A warning though: the package says bake for 17-22 minutes. I did it for 22 minutes and they were like sandcakes.
And after that weekend I gained more than 1.5 kg's.

FYI, if you are doing Induction by DANDR 2002 edition, then those muffins are not acceptable. The Atkins Nutritional company is only trying to make money. So, keep this in mind...

I agree with calyn completely--they are not for Induction.

It REALLY pisses :anger me that the Atkins hotline is telling people that! Please ask yourself WHY they would be doing that, when Dr. Atkins said the opposite? Could it be because they are only in it for the money they make by selling their products, and could care LESS about whether we are losing weight or not!?

Dr. Atkins said no bread/flour during Induction. For later in the plan, these muffins would be great, occasionally. Please do yourselves a HUGE favor and do a clean Induction, by following Dr. ATKINS' plan, NOT the money-grubbing Atkins Nutrionals website's plan! :yes You won't be sorry that you did! :nono
