Can I use a food processor to grind my flax seeds? I've heard of people using a coffee grinder (I don't have one) I've also heard of people using a blender (that I do have)

Coffee grinder flax meal is coarser than you can get with a grain mill, but it works fine for most recipes. A food processor can do it, but I suggest adding another powder to the mix to get a more even grind, such as soy flour or Atkins bake mix. WPI and whey protein powder won't help.
