I have no time to have lunch in the afternoons so I eat too much for breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs with sausage,4-5 slices bacon, 3 oz full fat cheese and some veggies are the things i've fixed. I don't eat anything from 9.00 in the morning to 4.00 in the evening and I don't feel hungry but I want to know if it makes my metabolism slower. Because it's my second week with Atkins and I've lost nothing yet.

It is best to eat every 6 hours. Once I started week two, I completely lost my appetite. I had to start eating 5-6 small meals so that I was sure I was eating all the foods I was suppose to and every couple of hours to keep my metabolism going. Take a small snack with you to eat during the day. HTH

CHEATED AND full of remorse but funnily enough, I went to weigh myself thinking ooops here we go and turned out I had lost 3 kilos - am really pleased but have decided to go back to induction to get my body to forget that wicked ice-cream, ha ha!
breakfast :had bacon (without sugar/glucose) and 2 fried eggs
Lunch: chicken with nothing else
dinner: spinach with little mozarella and 2 slices of salmon
I must keep to the diet this time, I look so much better than be4. lol
