Uses for leftover bacon fat

I have been saving leftover bacon fat. Does anyone use it for anything besides sauteeing meats? My mom used to make biscuits with it. I'd love some new ideas. Thanks!

nah... it's just a treat for my yard dogs.... I've got 4 big ole mutts in the yard.. and when I fry bacon.. I'll put it with water over their generic dry dog food and they love it!

I know hubby uses it for making pancakes for the kids! Otherwise, I use it to cook eggs... mmm!!!!

Green beans....just like Grandma use to make
Fried Cabbage....the other white meat!
Fried Chicken...another great flavor
Fried Zuks...yum!

Frying hamburgers in it in my iron skillet!

We also use it for fried eggs.

I remember my Dad saving it, making like a ball and rolling it in birdseed for the birds in the winter. Haven't done it myself, mind you.

Sorry, no clever ideas. If I'm making a chicken dish the same day, I fry the chicken in it. Yummy! Bacon fat is so flavorful!

I never saved it before but geez with all these good ideas! I think i'm going to fry some eggs up in some bacon fat! yeah lol (the things I get excited about )
