Where do I find flax seed meal? Do they sell it in a normal grocery store? If so, which section. Thanks for any help!

try the health food sections of larger drug stores, or check the phone book for a health food store. I prefer the health food store because usually their stocks move faster, therefore fresher seed.

I have found it in the local Acme (which is an Albertson's store now, so if you have one of those, you might have some there) and it is in the baking section.
