  • Flax Bread

    I just made the Flax Bread, and i was wondering for all you who have made it, does it turn out....eggy? mine turned out almost like an overdone egg then 'breaddy'...just wondering if i did it right or not

      the recipe is
      2 eggs
      4 tbsp flaxseed meal
      1 ounce butter
      1/2 teaspoon baking powder

        You should only be using one egg for that recipe, not two . That's why it's too eggy. It's a great recipe..i use it all the time.

          try it whith wheat bran instead of flax seed it tastes great
