    I ate 1/2 an Avocado today with my lunch and just realised I couldn't find them in the Induction acceptable foods :help I want to get it right and am worried Ivé done the wrong thing.

    I have just done a search on the site for avocado and see it is o.k in moderation in Induction, I will avoid it now though as I don't want anything to slow my progress.

      Hi Kaz,

      Page 129 of the book under 'special category foods', half a small avo a day, but it does say it could slow down weight loss in some people!

      I remember that part, since I love avos!
