Not the teeny tiny ones Sadie...I think those are actually gourds aren't they? When I said you could get almost get your hands around them I meant both hands around 1 pumpkin so 10" sounds about right.

Here's a really easy pumpkin recipe:

Slice the pumpkin (no need to peel, just scrub the skin well) into wedges. Put on baking sheet. Prick the pumpkin flesh with a fork. Then rub in butter and cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, etc. Bake until soft. Serve it warm with sour cream. Just scoop the pumpkin out with a spoon.

that sounds awesome.. if i have any pumkins ready this weekend i'm trying that one! we have a sour cream here that is 35% mf. it's really thick and really creamy, i could eat it plain with a spoon..it would go aweome with it..

and if i don't have any pumkins ready..i may have to buy one
