He went on Atkins, after trying dozens of diets and pills with no luck at all. This should be great for us Atkiners. The link is below with a few Atkins friendly recipes up. The show starts on May 9.

I am sooooo putting that on my Tivo! woohoo! I haven't tuned into the Food Network since starting this woe because I knew as soon as I saw Emeril making Lousiana Black Bottom Pecan Pie with chocolate sauce ...I'd be doomed! I do love Bobby Flay , though. He does some great LC stuff on the grill!

Awesome!!!!! I will definately put that in my TIVO as well! Always looking for LC receipes! I am trying to find a good way to do Buffalo Wings. I hae experimented twice so far this week. I have unflavored buffalo wings that have 0 carbs, I baked them in the oven with some Carb Well BBQ sauce, they were edible but not like a restaurant. So last night I browned them in oil first, then put them in the oven with a little of the sauce, they were alot better, it just took forever to brown them. I will keep you posted on my little silly experiment!

Sweet: The best Buffalo Wing recipe I've seen is the tradtional one where you bake the wings after pouring melted butter and hot sauce over them. They're yummy!

Actually most times you go out for wings they are deep fried not baked. Much faster and better crunch.

Simplest sauce recipe I know is Red Hot and melted butter. Just drop wings in bowl after draining on paper towel and pour some sauce on top.

Personally I don't do less than 10 pounds at a time because I have my own (not low-carb) sauce that takes 2-3 hours of prep and cook time.

Most hot sauces are low-carb, Frank's, Crystal, Red Devil, etc, would all work. However, buffalo wings are meant to be HOT so I would recommend something a bit stronger.

Do as was recommended above, deep fry the wings and toss them in a butter/hot sauce mix

Probably best to ask at bar/restaurant. Some use a hot sauce/bar-b-que sauce mix.
