  • Slim Jims On Induction???

I thought I had read that Slim Jims were ok for a snack during the induction time. Is this correct?? ensive
Today is day one for me and I just really wanted to make sure. I have done good today and I don't want to mess it up with something silly like that. And by the way I think if I drink anymore water I may just float away!!!

Beef jerky is. I'd check the label. You can either go hardcore and not eat it if it has sugar or you can just go by the labels and have it if it doesn't list carbs on the label (but beware your serving sizes).

I've had a few in my time, but as soon as I get the braces off I'll switch to actual beef jerky not cured with sugar.

I have not been able to find any "good" beef jerky. I want lower than 3 carbs a serving and no sugar, but I can't find any just yet.
