    Anyone ever tried this, it sounds deish to me!

    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    1 medium jicama, peeled and shredded
    1 cup sour cream
    3 scallions, finely chopped (optional)
    1 tsp lemon juice (fresh lemon or may use lime)
    Salt & Pepper

    Mix together cabbage and Jicama in lrg bowl. In smaller bowl mix the remaining ingredients well. Mix the veggies and the sauce together, cover and refridgerate until chilled well.

    Sounds yummy. Jicama is fairly low carb, but so is cabbage if you like a regular slaw.
