    baking your chicken, idea!

Hi, I just wanted to post this, if not been before, but it's a really good idea:

WHen i'm going to bake my chicken breasts for chicken salad or just to have, I'll put it on the baking pan and then coat them all with some mayo to keep them moist....try it, it really helps!

Just bake as normal. When done, scrape the mayo off and it is moist and yummy!

This recipe I think I got on here it is sooooo good I add about a teaspoon of dried basil or somtimes a bit of minced onion and cilantro. this is delish hot or cold P.s dont scrape off the delicious mayo topping

      Chicken Puffy
Mix together some grated parmesan cheese with some Hellman's or Best Food's mayonnaise, to make a thick paste. Place boneless chicken parts in a pan. Bake in a 350° oven till half-done. Turn over the chicken pieces and coat each thickly with the cheese/mayo goop. Return to oven and bake until done. The goop will puff up into a delicious coating. One of my family's VERY favorite dinners!

Works with oven-baked fish too. Especially salmon. Yummy.
