unsalted pork rinds

Does anyone know where I can find unsalted pork rinds? I am diabetic and have high blood pressure, so I have to watch my sodium intake.

Ask for unsalted pork cracklings at a butcher shop. The least messy way to make your own pork rinds is in the oven in a large cast iron pot; bake pork skin and fat out slowly at 350 until crisp and well drained.

Thanks for the info. The only problem is that there are no butcher shops nearby; but I will certainly look for one.
