www.lowcarbluxury.com is a great site for recipies! Also the one on ha is excellent and well organized.

If you know what the main ingredient is (ie. "hamburger" "eggplant" etc.) i just put in a search for that item with low carb after it. Brings up tons of recipies and their web sites that you can poke around in.

        Good luck!

My favorite, after ADBB of course, is http://www.lowcarbfriends.com. Hundreds of really really good recipes. HOWEVER, make sure you figure out your OWN carb counts -- I have found many of the recipes on there either don't contain carb counts or are not accurate.

            Induction

Hi, I am on day 6 of induction...I haven't read the Atkins book completely, but I pretty much know what I can have or not, (I think).

What I need help on is what is liberally? Then it says 6oz or 8oz in menus for meats? I don't want to over eat and GAIN, ugh! I think I have lost 5 pounds, but then I am thinking I could have lost more if I was doing the Atkins correctly. One more question, SF Jello and whipped topping, how much of that can I have and pork rinds? I am lost when something says no carbs, should I then consider caloric intake?
