  • I've been trying out the Low carb bakery recipes

    This has been a very stressful week. And I baked, I have missed baking. I made these today. VERY good!!

    They only took about 30 minutes baking time, but I didnt' realize I had the oven at 350 degrees to start.
    Before and after:



    And I made these earlier this week. YUMMMMMMMY. I did substitute Almond meal for the walnuts, olive oil for canola, and used 1/4 cup splenda and about 10 drops of liquid stevia.

    Barbde,

    Do you have anything yummy like this for induction? I noticed the first one had ricotta so I can't have that. When does it become an option? I am on Extended Induction--forever I think.

          Shoot! I screwed up on the chocolate cakes. I actually used 1/2 cup of splenda and then the liquid Stevia. But use your sweetner to your own tastes!! Sorry!
