I have a microwave tray (not like 2 bigs, it's a flat one..good for precooked sausages too). I nuke it..comes out perfect. other than that i fry it in a pan.

I layer the bacon and paper towels on a plate, then microwave them. But I like the oven idea...I'm gonna have to try that!!!

I've been cooking mine on a flat cast iron skillet (my preferred way). However, I have a small Foreman grill, so I'm gonna have to try that out.

The Foreman is great! It cooks it evenly and there is no splatter! Mine broke, I really miss it! Gotta as Santa for a new one.
