  • Cranberry-orange muffins

I want to make cranberry-orange muffins but since white flour is out, what can I use for flour to make them. I would be glad if someone has a recipe. I thought about using atkins bake mix will that be ok since I'm in the grains rung.

you can use any of the flax muffin recipes and add the orange peel stuff and cranberries to them

you can use a basic prptein powder muffin recipe and add the cranberries and oranges
just remember not all low carb on the net or in the cookbooks recipes areAtkins low carb recipes.

How far away are you from the Grains rung? When you are there you can use a combo of whole wheat flour and a nut flour.
