I got a can of salmon,then realized I couldn't make it the way I normally do becuase I can't have flour,lol. So I got a little creative. I deboned and deyuckified it. I got a cup exactly of the fish I could use. Then I mixed one egg and 3 tablespoons of parmeson cheese,and formed it into patties,and fried it in oil. Oh yummy
It made 3 good sized patties. I put a little cheese on one,and ate one plain,and the other I dipped in ranch sauce. All were yummy. The nutrition on a plain one is as follows,by the combined labels on all ingrdients. If you get 3 patties out of a can of course.
