  • springform pan question

I'm planning on trying to make a cheesecake for Thanksgiving. My mom gave me a spring form pan, but I don't know if I should still try to use it if I'm going crustless. I have a glass pie dish I could use instead. Any thoughts from experienced bakers?

    Re: springform pan question

You can use a spring form pan. Line the bottom with cooking parchment paper or waxpaper so that you can slide the cake off the bottom of the pan.
