atkins bread?

what is the deal w/ the atkins bread? how can it only have 3 crabs per slice when all other breads have tons of carbs? what exactly do they do to it?

Probably the soy flour which has 1/4 of the carbs.

Take a closer look at the serving size, IIRC Atkins lists 1/2 a slice as a serving.

Very sneaky! This is one of the things the FDA is trying to address. They want to make companies put realistic serving sizes on their packaging because they are intentionally misleading the general public! I sure hope they do it soon!

The serving size is one 1/2 inch thick slice - easily confused by looking at the box, I had to look twice myself.

Actually, you are right. I feel dumb about that now, I have no idea why I never read that closer .

Still, a half inch slice is a pretty darn small slice of bread.
