    what to spread on?

i've always loved to get roasted garlic at restaurants. the other day, one of my friends gave me a garlic roaster, and i was thinking of making roasted garlic at home... until i realized that i wouldn't be able to spread it on bread! or crackers!! any thoughts on what i could spread it on? i have the smae issue w/ brie. it's ok by itself, but i would love to spread it on something

I had the same issue with my world famous clam dip.

Try making the flax crackers, or make your own soy protein crackers. If you eat them alone, they aren't great...

As a crunchy vessel for something tasty - they work exceptionally well!

Go here and do a search for crackers,
