    Just saw an advertisement for new Special K cereal with on 9 net grams of carbs!!

    Do you think this stuff is okay for induction? Mmmm... can't wait to try it. :icondance

    What are the ingredients? 9 Carbs is sure a lot for a single serving.

      Description
      Lightly sweetened wheat, soy and rice flakes.

      Ingredients:
      Wheat bran, soy grits, rice, wheat gluten, soybean oil, whole grain wheat, soy protein isolate, sugar, salt, high fructose corn syrup, malt flavor, natural and artificial flavor, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sucralose, alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), reduced iron, niacinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), vitamin A palmitate, folic acid and vitamin B12.

      Allergen Information:
      Contains wheat and soybean ingredients.

        Oof.. I guess not during Induction.. maybe for Maintenance phase?

        Cereal was always my biggest weakness.

          With the added sugar AND high fructose corn syrup, it would probably be an "eat sparingly food" during Maintenence as well.
