question about the breakfast squares from recipes

How long do these keep?

I made them yesterday and they're kinda...spongy and droopy now. Not really very good but that would be a huge waste of 12 eggs if I were to only eat 3 of them!

should i freeze them?

I wrap my individually in plastic wrap, then drop them in a ziploc freezer bag and they freeze just fine, but not for more than a few weeks.

When you get them out, microwave them. That will perk (and puff) them back up!
