  • Snack Foods?!?! ahhh

    Hey,

    I started Atkins for the 1st time about a week ago and have been lost as to some snack foods I can just grab and go. I hate celery, so that and cream cheese doesn't exactly work. Anyone have any good snacks you can just whip up and go?

    I usually have a variety of snack foods so I don't get bored of the same thing.

    I make my own beef jerky, so that comes in handy. Flax crackers are great with some cheddar cheese, but are limited to 4 crackers since both flax and cheese have carbs. SF jello and heavy whipped cream are nice "sweet" snacks to have, but will probably just get messy and runny if you are "on-the-go". Sometimes I just have a piece of left-over meat for a snack, but not often.

      Sliced deli meat and sliced cheese --just watch for deli meat the has sugar in it...and I try to stay away from too much salted meat. But it's an easy "grab and go"

      I find the longer I'm on this WOE the less and less I snack...
