So I made a batch of "Clouds" yesterday.
The recipe was basically 1 package cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup splenda.
I added the 2 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to make them chocolate.
Blended well together, spooned out and froze.
I got 44 small clouds of of the recipe
My question is- do I really need to add the stick of butter- I know the recipe is induction friendly but they seem overly rich to me. Perhps that's the point- so rich you literally can only eat 1 or 2.
Has anyone made a lower butter version? How? What did you think in comparison?
