Does anyone know about Keto? like Keto Spaghetti or pancake Mix, they are low carb products. Just Curious, when I go beyond the stage of induction, I was wondering if these products are helpful. :confused ensive

When you get into later stages of OWL these kinds of products do deserve a place on your table. But don't always trust things because they say "low carb". Some low carb products are still made with trans fats, sugar, bleached white flour, and so forth. Check your ingredients lists of any product you buy carefully.
As far as the brand name keto I have tried a few of their products and have to tell you they were nasty! I tried the pudding, brownies, hot cereals, and some bars. NASTY. I don't think I'll be buying these products again.

I recently discovered the Keto Soy Crisp cerael-plain. It needed a little cinnamon and splenda but once I added it with sugar free soy milk, it was really good.
I have not tried anything else of theirs but for 1/4 cup it is 3 carbs plus 2 for the soy milk. It gives me a change from the eggs and bacon in the AM.
