    Has anyone else seen these?

    Sugar Free Flax Cookies

They are made by Red Square, a Canadian company.

The nutritional info is based on 28g (1oz) of cookie. (approximately 1/3 of each cookie)

    Carbs per 'serving' are 10g - 5g fibre = 5 net carbs

    They are made with splenda.

I was thinking this may be good to get in our serving of daily flax...cookie style (who can argue with that!)

And because Dr. Atkins gives a green light for flax during induction....and with the net carbs being low enough....I would think it's a viable option for our daily flax.

    Thoughts?

    Re: Flax Cookies

Before you try them you will need to know the ingredients and are those ingredients Legal cause with those cookies something other then flax is responsible for 4 of those carbs.

You can make your own flax cookies with the recipes in our data base though.
