    What is flaxseed?

    Hi!

    I've read many recipes and found that flaxseed often is an ingredient, could someone be kind and explain to me what it is? I've looked around in supermarkets and health stores but I can't find it, can you order it over the internet?

      They may call it linseed where you are.

          Oh and yes you can order it on the internet but I don't know if they'll ship to Sweden. They have it here www.bobsredmill.com
