    Can you freeze Quiche?

I'm not a big fan of breakfast, but I thought if I made a quiche, cut it up into individual servings and froze it, I could eat a piece every once in a while, but my husband says he doesn't think it can be frozen. Chriss

Yes you can freeze quiche. Wrap it up. Then heat it in the oven or microwave.

Absolutley! I do it all the time! And if your microwave is as strong as ours here at work it only takes like 45 seconds to reheat it so be careful and don't over cook it!
