Whole Rye Flour

Ok, silly question, i know...
is rye flour ok, and if so which rung? Im imaging the grains rung? :confused
BEFORE: Oct, 2003 - 170lbs
DURING: Jan-Feb 2004 - 145lbs

rye flour would be on grains but be careful as it has less protein then wheat flour. that is why you have to add gluten to it to make rye bread rise.
