Spaghetti squash does make a wonderful Steak Alfredo Pasta. I always cook my squash in the microwave. You poke some fork holes in it and pop it in at 5min per pound. Once done let sit for 5 mintutes. You'll know it's done when skin becomes soft. Slice in half, clean out seeds and use a fork to scrape the inside for "noodles". I use it for all sorts of things, but pan frying some chunks of steak (or chicken) and mixing it all together with some home made alfredo (tons of recipies for that floating around here) makes a sinful dish. Even somewhat masks the taste of the squash (which I love but others don't) and is more convincing as a pasta.
