I can not find the thread on black cocoa? but I want to try it and can not find it anywhere here or even online.....does anyone know where I can find it? and if there is a brand name for it?

I get mine at a health food store that sells fair trade stuff and the like.
I only found a few places online that even mentioned it. I did, however, find one with the nutritional info, and printed it off for the lady who owns/runs the store. She was pleased to get it. That one came from China, although I believe she said hers comes from Brazil.

I searched every store and no one here is aware of it ...one of the links Aphex cutie pie girl gave me has it for $8 something for a small bag but if it is as strong as you say then I will order it and try it....I love chocolate and because of this cooking chat I am learning especially with chocolate how to make LC backed goods that are really quite good

I miss Scotts sound advice however
